Using this site
By using this website or placing a reservation you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Reservations and deposits
A reservation requires a deposit of $20 in the US, 20 EUR in Europe, or 20 CHF in Switzerland. The deposit holds your place in the early access queue and locks in the founders price. It is not a completed purchase; you will be invited to complete your order before shipping.
Refunds
Your deposit is fully refundable at any time until launch on November 1. Request a refund by contacting us and we will return the full amount to your original payment method.
Pricing and availability
The founders price is 599 and the regular price is 999, in US dollars, euros, or Swiss francs depending on your location. Founders pricing is limited to 2,000 reservations. Production is scheduled to begin October 1, launch is November 1, and shipping starts December 1. Dates and specifications may change as production progresses, and we will notify reservation holders of any material change.
Safe riding
You are responsible for riding within the laws and speed limits of your area, wearing appropriate protective equipment, and respecting the stated 300 lb payload and rider height range.
