When you join the early access list or place a reservation, we collect your email address and, for reservations, the billing details needed to process your deposit. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and general location so the site works correctly and prices show in the right currency.
How we use it
We use your information to process your reservation, send you launch and shipping updates, provide customer support, and improve the Roadblade product experience. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Deposits are processed by Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our systems. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy terms.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor, email delivery provider, and hosting platform, and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Reservation deposits are fully refundable before shipping.
